How do I order custom cookies?
To order, please fill out my form here so I can gather all the information I would need to give you an accurate quote. Once I have reviewed the information, I will reach out with an invoice. To confirm the order, payment must be maid within 48 hours.
Where are you located?
I am located near the Nocatee Town Center in Ponte Vedra, Fl 32081.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
My cookies are all individually heat sealed to maintain freshness on your counter for up to two weeks, or in your freezer for four months.
Do you offer gluten free items?
While I am baking from my home I cannot guarentee any gluten free items. However, I can make your cookies gluten sensitive by request.
What is the refund policy?
If your order is cancelled more than two weeks ahead of time, a full refund will be issued. If it is cancelled less than 14 days prior to pickup, no refunds will be given. Once you receive your order, K's Cookies is not responsible for any losses or damages.
How much do the cookies cost?
My cookies are sold by the dozen, and start at $75. Pricing is determined by size, shape, colors and designs.
Cookie instructions?
DO NOT REFRIGERATE! Heat-sealed cookies stay fresh in packaging for 1 to 2 weeks. Leave at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
If cookies are not heat sealed, place them in an airtight container with wax paper or parchment between layers and leave them at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
Cookies can be frozen for up to 4 months. To Freeze: place heat-sealed cookies in an airtight container. To Thaw: remove the container from the freezer and DO NOT OPEN CONTAINER until cookies are fully thawed (8-16 hours).
